The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate invites you to attend its 28th Annual Real Estate Conference “Macro Dynamics Impacting OUR Real Estate World”.
Learn about the big-picture economic overview, including a broad overview of San Diego, for the upcoming year from Kevin Thorpe, chief economist and head of global research at Cushman & Wakefield.
Tom McGee, president and chief executive officer at ICSC will speak about the continuing evolution of the retail sector and its impact on our daily lives and other sectors of the real estate industry.
Charles Meyers, president and chief executive officer at Equinix, the largest owner of data centers in the world, will discuss the growth and importance of data centers and add a perspective on AI’s impact on the future of real estate.
Captain Jeff Yackeren, commanding officer at the Naval Base Point Loma and Greg Geisen, revitalization program manager for Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) will discuss the critical importance of NAVWAR to San Diego and San Diego to NAVWAR. They will also review the potential of the NAVWAR redevelopment, a transformational development for the San Diego region.
