Join this workshop to learn about how contemplative pedagogy (the integration of meditative practices into teaching and learning) can support us in our role as teachers, and benefit our students’ learning in the classroom.

Milestones:

  • Learn a practice and a few teaching strategies
  • Get connected with each other
  • Be inspired to start experimenting
