From abortion to gun rights to religion to environmental protection, the 2021-2022 Term of the United States Supreme Court was historic in its scope and impact. The 2022-2023 Term of the Court, featuring cases raising fundamental issues about affirmative action, voting procedure, native American autonomy, and LGBTQ rights, among other issues, promises to be another momentous term. Please join Robert Schapiro, Dean and C. Hugh Friedman Professor of Law at USD, as he shares his perspectives and insights on the current Court and its future direction.
