Join us for the SOLES New Student Orientation for 2022-2023 incoming graduate and doctoral students! All admitted students are highly encouraged to attend. The orientation is an opportunity to connect with current students, faculty, and staff. We will ensure your first day of class is a successful one!
Reception with hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will take place at 4pm.
ID Card
If you want to receive your Student ID card at the event, you can indicate this preference in your Orientation registration. After you register for Orientation, please upload your picture at USD GET no later than August 12.

PARKING:
Parking passes can be purchased in advance online. We recommend parking in the West Lot and from there you can take the free USD Tram up the hill to Mother Rosalie Hill Hall. Directions & Parking Instructions!HEALTH INSURANCE:
All USD full-time students are required to have health insurance. At the beginning of every academic year, students need to decide to enroll in or waive out of the USD Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). The Fall 2022 deadline to waive is September 14, 2022. If you do not submit a waiver by this date, you will be enrolled in the 2022-23 annual student health insurance plan, if you are qualified as full-time.COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS & SAFETY MEASURES:
The University of San Diego requires all students and employees to be vaccinated in order to be on campus. Visit the Student Health Center page to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination or request a medical or religious exemption prior to Orientation.
