WiDS San Diego @ USD is an independent event that is organized by the University of San Diego to coincide with the annual WiDS Worldwide conference organized by Stanford University and an estimated 200+ locations worldwide. All genders are invited to attend WiDS regional events, which feature outstanding women doing outstanding work.

WiDS San Diego @ USD will feature presentations and panel discussions highlighting how women in data science are professionally and personally navigating the impact of the pandemic. The presentations and panels will bring together women representing both industry and academia in the San Diego data science community. A goal of the event is to help build a strong, supportive network of data scientists in our region.
