Join us for an on-site cooking demonstration and get inspired with easy meal prep ideas to support nutritional wellness. The class will be led by renowned Chef Cesar Oceguera, a native San Diegan who has worked with Brian Malarkey and participated in Food Network challenges. All participants will receive samples of the prepared dishes and a glass meal prep container. Don't forget to bring your TEC Journey Book to receive a "Wellness" stamp.
