In celebration of Filipino American History Month, Copley Library and the Filipino Ugnayan Student Organization (FUSO) proudly present Dr. Jason Magabo Perez, San Diego Poet Laureate, 2023-2024, as featured speaker. Dr. Perez is the author of two hybrid collections of poetry and prose: Phenomenology of Superhero (Red Bird Chapbooks, 2016) and This is for the Mostless (WordTech Editions, 2017). Dr. Perez has also written and performed three staged, multimedia performance works.
