We would like to invite you to our upcoming Farmworkers Movement Mass and Celebration on Sunday, April 23!
The Farmworkers Mass is a nearly 20 year old tradition here at USD. This event is an opportunity to embrace the diversity of our community through honoring and commemorating those who were part of the Farmworkers Movement. The event will feature dinner in the Ministry Center, a keynote presentation by Louie Natividad, student story sharing and dances in the Ministry Center Plaza, and mass in Founders Chapel. Here's the order of events:
Dinner and Keynote Presentation | 4 PM
Student Story Sharing and Dances | 5:15 PM
Mass in Founders Chapel | 6 PM
The presider will be Auxiliary Bishop, Roman Bejarano.
This RSVP is solely for the dinner portion of the evening. All other aspects of the festivities do not need an RSVP. All community members are welcome.
