The CEE Team invites you to join us for a free 1-hour guided tour of the Mingei International Museum's Piñatas: The High Art of Celebration exhibition. Feel inspired with us as we reflect on how Latinx artists have reclaimed the traditional craft of piñata-making to address contemporary sociopolitical issues, such as race, gender, and violence.
This event is part of the CEE’s new Faculty Excursions initiative: Explore San Diego with the CEE. We coordinate all the logistics. You show up with a curious mind. It’s an opportunity to:
