Attention Torero community: Save the date for the River Census! This four-day event (September 29-October 2) is co-sponsored by the San Diego River Park Foundation and the Urgent Challenges Collective. Volunteers will go out in groups map river encampments and engage with those living there. The census will provide crucial, life-or-death data to assist with evacuations during flooding and more.
