Who are your customers and how will you find them?
In this workshop, you will learn the key process of customer discovery and how to identify key competitors in your target market. By the end of this session, you should be able to highlight key steps of the customer discovery process.
You’ll also learn the different methods for mapping your venture against the competition to communicate how your venture stands out from, and beats, the competition.
This workshop is open to all USD students. Members of our entrepreneurship community may also attend.
