Gather online and join us on February 26 at 11am as we chat with alumna Andrea Medina '18 MA, Global Program Manager for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on the Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging team at LinkedIn. We’ll chat about Andrea’s USD experience, her identity and how it’s influenced her meaningful work in creating space for historically excluded communities to grow and thrive. The event will also be an opportunity to hear about Andrea’s journey in higher education to now working at LinkedIn.

The event will conclude with a Q&A session.

Andrea Medina is the Global Program Manager for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on the Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging team at LinkedIn, and previously managed entrepreneurship certificate programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently oversees all things ERG leadership and operations, coaching and strategically advising LinkedIn’s 600+ ERG leaders and crafting solutions to streamline ecosystem processes and systems. A queer Latinx professional, she is dedicated to creating transformational and experiential learning environments for historically excluded communities to grow and thrive. With over 10 years of work experience in tech, social entrepreneurship, higher education, and nonprofits, she brings a breadth of knowledge from many industries on top of her educational background in leadership development, leadership coaching, and public speaking training.
